the spacious rooms were a definite highlight, offering ample space to unwind after a day of exploring. the cleanliness of the initial room left much to be desired, though the hotel rectified this by upgrading us to a better room category, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction. the friendly and helpful staff were a standout feature, providing personalized service despite being stretched thin. On the downside, issues with breakfast service indicated room for improvement, with discrepancies between menu offerings and actual dishes served. This created a disconnect in the experience. While the hotel boasted a chic pool area and inviting ambiance, there were incidents of missing personal items, causing concern over security measures.
